Often individuals need additional support and a safe framework to explore ways of addressing their life challenges. Sometimes we can feel ‘stuck’ in the same potential limiting habits. We know where we want to go- but can’t seem to unlock the resources in order to move us there!
CBT can help untangle and clarify these issues. You do not therefore need to have a disgnosed mental illness to benefit from CBT coaching.
